ordered a product (Lycra Men's Track Pants) from Fruzis Fashion for ₹*** (COD). After receiving the product, I decided to return it, but there is no proper return option provided by the seller. I tried contacting them, but there has been no response.
The return address mentioned on the parcel was also confusing (incorrect PIN code initially), making it difficult to process the return. This shows lack of proper customer support and misleading service.
I request the seller to arrange a return pickup and provide a full refund as soon as possible.
