amazon ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD - Heavy Penalty with Interest is being charged on already settled Bill

Dear Sir,

I have already paid the bill in January **** against my Amazon ICICI credit card but still they are charging me late payment fees and interest every month. My bill amount was around Rs.****.** in the month of January **** which I had cleared already but now late payment fees and interest amount gone to Rs.****.** which is not at all acceptable.
I have already sent the email to customer care department but no response received from their side. I tried to contact them through toll free number several time but failed.

Please look into it.
