Vivek jain - Heavy late fees and finance charges

Late fees charges ,finance charges applied to my account, bank has wrongly entered my wrong mail id , due to which not getting statement in time several requests to correct mail id, but not .
*** late fee and finance charges ****-**** per month debited from my card..
Contacting payment department says to do payment and than charges will be returned, but it was not so and I feel cheated contact customer support but they spoke rudely that they can't return.. I requested them to return as per conversation with payment department or I can't continue with bank and will complaint up in the head office... They said do what can you do.. request to return my card charges....
