I ordered a new phone - Nokia *.* plus worth *****.
The product has heating issues. Complaint several times, had couple of technician visits and finally got a replacement product. Now, the replacement product also has the same issue. I tried getting help from customer care but just got a technician visit which did not help. Now, I've been calling them from past ** days but i got nothing. It is like they're ignoring me. They're not trying to help me at all.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
