Shiva Shankar filed complaint against Healthians on Apr 22, 2021
I'm raising this concern on online health check up from Healthians site and requesting to consider the regret of the service provided by them. To summarize the issue, on April **th I booked an appointment online and the sample was collected on April **th by one of the executives. It's been * days till now I didn't receive the sample report details and did not even invoice the bill report to my email ID.
On April **st, I took a Doctor appointment for my checkup, due to reports not available I canceled.
Not sure why these people are taking so more days and there is no proper response from customer support to fix the issue.
I had booked online for sample collection on April **th (Booking ID : **********) . samples were collected but the report for one of the test costing *** (Basic allergery package) is still not provided . Needed this report urgently as my doctor appiontemnt was April **st but after many calls to healthian customer care still not yet received the report. its been * days.
healthian being in medical sector where its matter of life health and death they are not even concern about criticality of the issue.
Kindly check this issue and look into this act of my issue.
