I have a corporate MediAssist policy and got my mother operated for spine surgery at one of the blacklisted hospitals which I have come to know after ** days of discharge. Even the hospital mentioned, they would help me with providing the claim documents in the process of reimbursement.

The insurance team is clearly denying to accept the claim.

I have all the investigation, prescription and payments proofs.

Insurance Company – Didn t get Breakup bill on time Open

My baby boy was discharged on * march **** . I have been asking for breakup bill to claim insurance . Still I didn't get that bill. I should submit those bill within ** march. No one responding properly.
