Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Nikhil Kumar, and I had taken an Aditya Birla Active Health Plan insurance policy in the name of Mr. Nitish.

Recently, Nitish was suffering from a high fever for a few days, following which we consulted an OPD. However, on the night of **th September, his condition worsened with persistent high fever and vomiting, and we had to admit him to Sparsh Hospital, Modinagar on an emergency basis.

The hospital applied for cashless treatment and obtained pre-authorization approval from the Aditya Birla team. However, after the treatment was completed, the discharge claim was unexpectedly rejected. We then applied for reimbursement, but that too was denied without a clear explanation.

This situation has caused us both financial and emotional distress.

Looking forward to a positive and prompt resolution.
