Realme Buds Wireless 2 - Headset Replacement issues

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have purchased a Realme Wireless Headset via Flipkart (Realme Buds Wireless *) attached the invoice copy. I am not able to hear clearly at my right side of the earbud so I requested a replacement at the shine solutions, Ambattur Chennai. I have provided for replacement on **-**-****. They have checked and told me that they don't have replacement piece and will be available next week.

So they requested to come back next week. While we visited next week for replacement they tried to clean the headset. While cleaning the headset they had found some ink mark and tried to clean the same.

While cleaning they have damaged the cable near the ear buds and they told us the cable is damaged and it will not be suitable for replacement.

The Manage of the center Mr. Magesh was attending to these issues and he was not informed about cleaning the same to us. The cable was in good condition while we gave it a replacement and it was damaged while cleaning the same.

So we requested to replace the same under warranty but they refused to replace the same. They also mentioned in the Repair service copy that the cable is damaged internally and not suitable for warranty attached the copy for your reference.

The headset was damaged by the service person and it's not informed to us. So I kindly request you to arrange for me the replacement at the earliest.
