HDFC SMART BUY - Hdfc smart buy Bank is not refunding my cancelled flight amount

Due to covid, I had to cancel the flight. And the refunded amount has been transferred to hdfc smart buy bank by yatra agency. PFA the mail. Now HDFC Bank people are not responding to my queries and still the amount is not reflecting in my account.
