HDFC LIMITED SONIPAT BRANCH - HDFC LIMITED HOME LOAN

Dear Sir,
My son VIVEK MANN applied for Home loan from HDFC Limited online. All documents was sent to them. The plot was under MC Gohana. TWO times they did Technical valuation and knowingly they charged processing fees .They sunction loan by mail and advance of plot was given Rs ******/- on their words. Mr. Anil Kumar Mob ********** Located in Chandigarh Sales Executive.
We got three mails time to time for verification of plot and now at last on **th Feb ****, They gave a mail that they did not give home loan on plot mentioned and all documents submitted to them in November ****.
All mails will be attached for - Loan File No - ********* id **********

Why they did not refuse in beginning, once documents was given to them and plot was mentioned with KILA NO.
Why they gave promise and sunction letter for approval of loan and semt hard copies for approval of loan
They verified address, property and once their policy was not there to give loan on MC area why they wasted time in this process.
I paid advance on their words, now I have to arrange money otherwise I will not get my advance back paid to owner.
