Umesh Raizada filed complaint against Hdfc Bank Credit Card Division on Oct 9, 2018
I paid Rs ******/- through hdfc credit card . opt was also generated for ******/- but hdfc bank deducted Rs ******/- . On inquiry hdfc official says it is charged by merchant bank. How hdfc can pay more than approved amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
