Dear SIr,
I have applied for home loan transfer on HDFC online.
i recieved call from their Mumbai representative Ms Renita, she checked my documents details and ask me to pay the fee of Rs. ****/, after her lot of request and complete confirmation about sanction of loan i paid the amount online. But once amt paid their credit team denied to pass the loan as my information are not complete. they are now revealing lot of new rules and policy to cancel my loan.
i have asked them to close the application request and reverse my fee amt of Rs. ****/ which is also denied by their branch officer.
I need my application fee amt back from HDFC as they made wrong commitment to me and misguided me for fee payment.
