Indane Gas - Haven t recieved my refund yet through Indane LPG

I am writing to bring to your attention that my Indane LPG cylinder booking with the reference number *-************ was cancelled on *th August ****, as per the confirmation shown in the booking details. The refund amount of ₹*** was mentioned as generated, but I have not yet received the amount in my account.

Refund Amount: ₹***
Kindly look into the matter and let me know the status of the refund. I would appreciate it if the refund could be processed at the earliest, or if already processed, please share the transaction details.
