bookmycombos com - haven t received the proper package no response for return and refund

I ordered a watch and earbuds which were free with the watch but only received a cheap quality watch that also without any charger in a damaged box I tried to contact their customer service number but no call was connected and also I tried to email them about the problem but their email id is also not working.
I am trying to login to my account but it says the wrong password when I tried to reset it that also does not work on this site. I want to return this cheap product and want my money back. I have the parcel with the box and also with all the detail and order number on it.
