Lacasha Com - Haven t received the product till time

I have ordered a multi function portable air conditioner on **-**-**** & the payment was made of Rs.***/- bank reference ID ************ by selecting the Paytm payment option which was credited to the account of seven spades. There are no contact no mentioned on their website, only a email ID is mentioned where I have contacted twice through their portal but didn't received any kind of response as well as the order status is till showing processing. Unable to understand what kind of steps should be taken so requesting you to kindly look into my matter and please help me to get the product delivered or refund.
