I ordered minimalist vitamin c serum on ** and got leaked product, whole product was gone by then because cap was loose. I did mail on care@symtten.com and after long discussion and providing proofs, they said on ** date, that they'll refund me within *-* working days. But it's been over many days and after several remainder, the amount is still not credited. I want my hard earned money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
