Sanam Collective or Alizeh Collective - Haven t received my refund

I saw the add on Instagram for a dress, I checked the page. and asked them about the details of dress, return/refund policy. And then
placed a order (Account Name : Sanam Colletive). I received the dress on **th May through bluedart courier (order#: **********).
The dress was not the same as it was shown in video. Cloth quality was too bad, even was not of my size. So i decided to return it. I
asked them to return. In starting few days they said its in process and will be done in ** days. Now its been a month and they are not
replying on my messages on Instagram and even not taking my calls. I paid cash of ****. Please help me in getting my hard earn
money and also save more people like me from this fake shopping account.
