Syska Gadget Secure - Haven t paid my insurance money from the last four years

My name is Praneet Arya.Complaint No **********. I registered my claim in September **** and now it has been more than four years and I have not recieved my claim . I have called for more than *** times and got many assurance and promises from there agents but none of them came true. I have started to assume that this company is a hoax/fraud . When I registered my claim, I had to submit my documents * times. After every submission I had to call them and ask whether these are right or wrong, after getting a heads up from there agent and calling them after * month they were still saying that there are some issues in the documents. They dont even have the courtesy to call there customers and tell them about it but also they are not providing the right information even if the customer is calling them several times. I somehow managed to submit my documents in the *th attempt but then my case was closed twice without even any intimation . After the rigorous effort made by me to get the claim passed and after * years I am still waiting and I have not received my Insured Amount. There policy says Max ** days. There senior executives promised me that I will get my money by the end of Feb ****, then another executive promised me that it will be provided to you by the end of April ****. I called * days back and the executive is saying that i will get the money by the end of june. I waited and waited and they kept on prolonging the dates . I have lost all hope ,and today it has been *years and * months I am exhausted and have nowhere else to go . I am a student who has invested his savings to buy a phone and getting it insured from this company , they took my phone in the name of Insurance and didn't send my claim amount though my claim.has been passed already . Please voxyo help me out to get my money back.
