I have booked a ticket from travolook to Hyderabad to Delhi on **/**/**** with Go first airlines. They cancelled the flight on the last moment and after multiple time reaching to their customer support haven't refunded the amount where I should get the full refund. I have been * months and there customer support is not responding. whenever I call them they say they will credit the amount in wallet or will try to send to same account. But I have never received the amount. I want my full refund and compensation for all the trouble I have faced since these last * months.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
