Emaester-ufaber - Haven't received my refund

Emaester promised to provide training to become an online mentor. For which they charged *****. I paid it on * of Feb. The training began on ** of Feb. They told me that I am unfit to become a mentor on the **th of Feb. I asked for a refund which they were postponing and today they are not picking the calls, they don't reply to my messages or email anymore.
