I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against [HAVELLS INDIA LIMITED] regarding a defective product and their refusal to provide a replacement, despite attempts at resolution through their authorized service center. I have been left with no alternative but to seek the intervention of the Consumer Court to ensure a fair and just resolution to my grievance.

Issue and Repair:
I purchased the above-mentioned Havells fan on [**/**/****] from [FLIPKART ]. Within a short period, I noticed that the fan was exhibiting [unusual noise]. As the product was still within the warranty period, I promptly contacted the authorized service center of [HAVELLS INDIA LIMITED] and lodged a complaint.
Repair Attempt:
The Havells authorized service centre conducted a repair on the fan to address the reported issue. However, despite the repair, the fan continues to experience the same [unusual noise] as before. This indicates a lack of effective repair and raises questions about the quality of both the product and the repair service provided by [Havells india limited].
Denial of Replacement:
I contacted [Havells india limited] once again, expressing my dissatisfaction with the product's performance and the ineffectiveness of the repair. However, to my surprise, I was informed that a replacement would not be provided, as they claim the issue was addressed during the repair. This denial of replacement is highly disappointing and unjust, especially considering that the product remains defective and does not function as intended.
Request for Resolution:
I am left with no choice but to seek the intervention of the Consumer Court to ensure my rights as a consumer are upheld. I believe that within the warranty period, I am entitled to a product that is free from defects and functions as expected. The refusal to provide a replacement is a violation of these rights.
I am attaching copies of relevant documents, including the purchase receipt, repair receipt, warranty details, and any communication exchanged with [Havells india limited] for your reference.
I kindly request the Consumer Court to initiate appropriate action in this matter and ensure a fair and just resolution. I am open to any further steps required for the resolution process.
