Had ordered an Galloping Horse on the **st June **** from Homecenter Website. Had received the box in an good condition. When I opened it the product was half broken. Since the *th July , am speaking to their CS team to get the product picked up and every time the reply is that as per thier terms and Conditions, the product is not returnable. have marked mails to their Group CEO Mr Kabir Lumba , but no action or reply. While ordering the product page no where mentioned that the product is not returnable.so am sure that this has been done on purpose. Shared the photgraphs also os the broken item
