SRS Limited - Have not received my Principal amount with interest from my FD with SRS Limited since 2017

I am deeply disturbed at “SRS Limited” complete silence concerning my above Fixed Deposit entrusted to them in October ****.

Although the maturity date lapsed ( *-**-****) and SRS Limited company was sent the FD receipt ( ****) duly discharged. “ SRS Limited” has failed to pay me my pending dues of Rs.*,**,***/- ( Principal amount with interest). Photocopy of FDR is attached.

I am a senior citizen( ** years old) and your company’s credit rating FA by CRISIL attracted my investing my hard earned money with SRS Limited. With day to day expenses and medical bills for Thyroid and Heart problems, I am at the mercy of requesting SRS Limited to please refund my money immediately.

Three times the principal warrant of Rs. *,**,***/- was presented to SBI and Bank Of India branches, and all * times it was dishonored. The warrant “ Validity of * months from the date of issue has expired.I want my earnest money back including the interest amount accumulated.
