I made an online order for gas cylinder and made the payment. I received a message which showed a DAC code (to tell when cylinder delivers) and invoice on **Sep. After * days, I again got message that the cylinder has delivered and in my home noone has received the cylinder nor we share the DAC code but in the invoice it is showed as delivered. There are some technical loopholes in the system or delivery person diverted the cylinder to other place in black. It costs us Rs **** and I first time booked it online.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
