Myntra On Line Shopping - Have not got refund amount

I ordered * product on myntra which is total cost of Rs **** after that I have returned this product due to size not fitted me. These product successfully picked up by myntra delivery boy but I did not get the refund amount yet it's almost ** days over .

I have also talked with myntra customer care so many times but I did not get any positive response. They are saying payment already processed. but I did not get the payment yet.

I had also raised a complaints to my Bank which is SBI and PNB but they told me "I have checked but problem is not our end please contact myntra " Now what to do now? I am very very disappointed.
