Would like to inform you that, Yesterday ( **/**/****) I was try to booking reservation ticket ( AC -Chair Car) on Bande Bharat -From Chennai Central To Coimbatore on **th Nov@****. Payment was made on Google pay mobile app( Linked with my HDFC Bank Savings A/C) Register mobile No -**********. But train ticket confirmation have not get from make my trip. Google app shows that amount (INR: ****.**) has transferred to make my trip Also my HDFC Bank statement shows that same amount ( INR: ****.** ) transferred to make my trip -( Dated **th Nov ****_ UPI-PAYU PAYMENTS PVT LT- makemytrip@indus-INDB*******-************-UPI Transaction fo Ref Num : ************ amount INR :****.**).
So, earnestly request you to please once check and verify this same and refund that same amount as earliest on my same (as on mention same Bank details).
