i have a hathway broadband connection account number **********, registered mobile number **********. I have raised several complaints for the service but there are no technician ever been sent. I have a plan of Rs *** and i made a payment of Rs*** last month and the person i received a call today on **th April **** said that the plan has been changed and there was no intimation about the same to me and they have disconnected the services. I have posted on twitter, sent emails, logged complaint online but the tickets are closed without addressing to my complain. its like a mental harassment which i am going through. None of the people take action against the complaints but when it comes to making the payment i get *** calls but the service remains the same.
