Hathway sales person in bangalore contacted me asked to take Hathway broadband for * months where modem will be free of cost and they said when I return the modem they will pay **** rupees. When i was leaving bangalore, I called them multiple times but no one came to recieve the modem. I lost my job and I came to Delhi now I am getting regular threatening call to return the device. I told them clearly to pick their modem from my address but they are insisting to courier. I don't have money to courier it. I can see hathway has office in Delhi but these people are just trying to exploit their customer. Kindly help me
