hath way broadband - Hathway broadband termination and refund

Hathway broadband not working from */*/**, I lodged complaint on */*/** at **** am. The complaint number is attached. I called customer care several times daily , but so far no action taken from their end till now. My son is working on line and my children are having online classes for all these the mobile data was insufficient I was forced to purchase extra mobile data. When they did not restore it, I purchased Airtel broad which was installed immediately. I am happy with the Airtel, I requested hathway to terminate and refund the advance Rent I paid till **/**/**. No response for the mail also.
