Ajmer vidhut Nigam ajmer - harsh behaviour of employees

The meter reader of the power house do not come to take the readings of the meter, and write it by thier own from thier chair only. so , they wrote some less readings by thier own but after * months they came to take readings and took the whole remaing of last * months and current month together, now when the readings are much the charge per KWH inccreases , so, due to the meter readers problem why i should pay all these.

even i visted the power house regarding this , they are mis behaving and showing very harsh behaviour .
pls resolve my issue as soon as possible.
