Customre Center - Harrassment by Service Manager

I registered a request to get my washing machine serviced at the call centre. I provided my details and they informed me that the service guy will do small repairs as well as visit and provide anything else that needs to be done.
The service guy came, just looked without examining anything at my washing machine, informed me about a part that needed to be changed took the service charge from me and left.
I later got a call from a service manager named Aryan who refused to tell me the company's location or provide me any details or particulars of anyone I could contact.

This is the company website and it is a fraudulent company running by collecting visiting fees from consumers who do not have complete information.
I have attached my call log with the contact number of the service center, the repair person and the service manager.
