Harrassement for small unsecured Loan - asking to pay double ,
I just received call today from SI Ajay Partap singh - Lucknow that the case has been file against me and he didn't give any reference for the subject of the case just gave me number of Adv SK Birla and ask me to connect with him.

As this is unsecured loan and I gave e-mandate authorization to the company and I received the loan payment around * years ago. And due to issue with the bank account, my repayments were dishonored through e nach and I asked for the foreclosure of the loan from the company, they didn't provide. They didn't even communicate me further. They also didn't even communicate over text or email as well for the forclose letter. Now after * years, They just filed a case for the non repayment which i got to know when i called to Adv SK Birla. I still demanded for the settlement of the amount and he just denied for the settlement and asked me to pay the double amount, otherwise he will file suit against me.
First, it is unsecured loan basis on my salary at that time. But *.* years ago, I left that company and doing my studies now. Still, my intentions are to repay the amount but they are demanding to pay the double which i can't bear.
Unsecured loans can be settled at **-**% of Principle amount because they already down my cibil from *** to ***.
