Hathway Internet - Harrasment to Pay the amount

I got the hathway internet for one month but did not get the Internet complained many times and after * months got a call from Customer care that one person will come for device collection and he has asked for ****/- to even cut the wire which was hanging near our house and gate.Paid him and given the instrument now I am getting calls and emails again asking me to pay ****/- and also for the instrument.I have paid in March ** around ****/- for Internet connection which have not been used at all.I informed them even I have all the emails and invoices which prove this.Dear Customer,
