Zest money Pvt Ltd - Harrasment on settled account

I took a consumer loan in **** and was not able to pay for more than * months. After which collection manager gave me settlement offer to pay * EMIs and one EMI will be waived off. For which I paid * EMIs but the account was not closed and since then more than *** executives have been harrassing me through phone and whatsapp messages. Detailed conversion with collection manager given below:
