I have been asked to pay ***** interest for the days when I was delivering the baby.
How come delay in NOC is justified but delay due to my recent childbirth and subsequent recovery during that time is not? Even the companies give *M of maternity leaves. I just took a few days off and worked on completing the documentation when I was not able to walk properly due to my delivery.

It is important to consider that the delay would not have occurred if all the necessary documents had been provided to us on time. Unfortunately, when the documentation did arrive, it coincided with my delivery date. As you are aware, the delivery day is not predetermined, and I did my utmost best to ensure that everything was delivered on time despite the challenges I faced during that period. In my case, I only took a few days off and dedicated the rest of my time to completing the required documentation while simultaneously recovering from the physical toll of childbirth.

In conclusion:

I ask everyone who is human here, why can't I take my time in completion when I was going through the most crucial time? Feeding the baby and recovering from the physical toll of childbirth which is a significant life event.

We want the women to come forward and play a pivotal role but when it comes to actual actions the case differs. I took the home based on the assurance from the team that my maternity time will be considered as I was pregnant when I visited the location and met your sales team.

To reiterate, such a penalty would be unjust under these circumstances.
