Faye Remedios filed complaint against Tikona on Dec 6, 2019
My husband and I are being harrased by Tikona wrt our internet package.
When our subscription ended on the ** of August, we specifically informed their customer service person who called that on account of poor service, we were not renewing our subscription on a telephonic conversation on **th August **** and also wrt conversations with their person there after, we have sent emails reiterating the same, but we continued to be harrassed by them as to why i dont want to renew my subscription and also payment of the next * months of subscription. We have also, on a number of occasions, told them how during our previous subscription i did not have any internet service for over * weeks at one point of time, which wasn't attended to even though we kept making complaints.
Over a month back after speaking to the person in-charge, we were informed that the matter is resolved and closed.
Despite this, they kept the connection dare and are now ask us to pay for this error on their part. This is beyond ridiculous.
When we refused, they've hired a person who said she was filing a complaint against us, and when we told her to go ahead, she threatened us saying she is a lawyer and will get someone to confiscate our credit cards, etc. PLUS she said she is sending someone to our home.
No one should be allowed to threaten in this manner. What kind of action should we take against them?
