Suhas Chougule filed complaint against Tikona braodband company on Sep 8, 2022
I was using Tikona services till Feb ****. Alfter many complaints I asked them to stop my service and I stopped using the connection.
They did not register my service discontinuation request and still billed me.
I have made final payment on **th April for the bill amount and had asked to stop my connection. Now they are harrasing me to again pay **** Rs as final settlement or will take legal action to penalize me for Rs *****
