i have a consumer laon EMI in Bajaj Finserv, everymonth *nd they will autodebit in my account eventhough i maintained sufficient balance they are not autodebited *times ,'simply they are saying that server issues', for their server issues they accusing me for penalty charges and its keep on increasing the amount day by day calling asking for charges.
What my main concern is they are calling me every ** mins more than ** calls perday with random phone numbers, iam explaining my concern they are not even listening and talking in a rude manner.
So kindly look up my case, pls resolve my problem.
