This loan company is giving a loan to people for ** days. Now is a lockdown situation.....how can we are pay money..... Then the company charges a penalty as *% per day. And calling many customers care executive daily And harassment them. Miss behavior also And use the wrong language with as. And Hacking our phone's contact and data and calling mobile contact also Many customers committed suicide because of them. This company does not follow any guidelines of RBI. *% penalty per day how can I pay, this lockdown situation, Please take action against this cash bean mobile loan app. If you not taken action....many people committed suicide because of this app. Please help us.
Note:even after telling them that iwill clear the loan after lockdown they are using profine words on .other and sisters which pushed me into mental agony and depression.
