While web check in on go air site it is showing me to pay **** rs and not showing any details. the page is stuck there. when contacted customer centre, they say I have checked on go first upgrade and now I have to forcefully pay ****rs to get an upgrade. But how can you force me to get a service which i don't want and how have i availed it without paying for it in the first place.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
