Dear sir,
I have taken loan from home credit india finance private limited and i have paid my * emi rs ****/- on time but due to job loss amd bad financial conditions I am unable to pay my emi from feb **** and i have already approach to home credit ombudsman for emi extension and they gave me only ** days extension for payment and that is not managable for me apart from that there recovery agent illegally access my contacts and continues call on my contacts and harrased them for payment
As per company policy there are one cluase if customer unable to pay the emi for some valid reason so they can extend there emi for * to * months but i have also request for that but they are not bothered my request only call to contacts and harrased them for payment.
So my humble request you to take strict action against the app and give me proper solution.
