• Sahib Motors promise to me at the time of selling that Bike Registration procedure will be done within one week in your concern Transport Authority, i.e. Zonal office, South-West Delhi, Dwarka Delhi (Office Code- DL*).
• I frequently give many reminders through telephonically and makes some visits at your Sahib Motors office, butThe Sahib Motors didn’t provide the complete documents/ File which is required in the procedure of registration in the concern Transport Authority, i.e. Zonal office, South-West Delhi, Dwarka Delhi (Office Code- DL*).
• Due to unnecessary delaying of required documents/ File i.e. menu Invoice, Trade Certificate, HSRP Undertaking, Helmet Bill etc. from your side, and due to these reasons, my client got mentally harassed by Sahib Motors.

• And That it was purely delay in the registration procedure from Sahib Motors side only, and now it is around Seven months delay from the purchasing of Passion Pro Bike vehicle i.e. ** November, ****.
I need my complete refund Rs. **,*** (Forty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Rupees Only) with **% interest per month till the date of actual realization of the claiming amount received and an amount of Rs. **,***/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Rupees Only) for the Mental harassment and Legal expenses.
