Lenovo India - Hard disk not delivered despite payment

I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad S*** and claimed a * TB HDD under back to college offer along with ADP, Premium Care and Extended Warranty under Ticket ID BTC-******. The date of registration for the same is ** June ****. But the said HDD has not been received till date. It has for almost two months. I have sent them emails on numerous occasions but they do not reply to them. Even their telephone lines are busy and the call never gets connected.
I feel like the scheme is a total scam. How can something as common as hard disk take more than * months for delivery?
