visatara makemytrip - harassments by airline service due to lake of knowledge of visa

We had booked flight from india to doha on **th jan via booking ref number NN************* via make my trip from Vistara airlines . Total amount paid for the ticket was *****.
Traveling path is india to doha and then doha to cotonou
And we tried called from ** jan till ** jan regarding luggage and transit visa details but airline didn’t give the correct information about visa requirement.
Then they didn’t allowed to travel on ** Jan due to visa issued.
And I received only **** Rs as refund. we ( I and my wife is mentally disturb due to this airport then not allowed to travel then refund not received as invoice value.
Very disappointed never travel again in visatara.
I request the management to take steps towards this and ensure my refund.
