HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD DIVISION - Harassment of HDFC bank collection agents

Sir, i am
kakarla ravindra babu using the hdfc Credit card (Card no.****************) since * years and my card was blocked one and half year back since then i keep on asking them to unblock my card but no response till now.This means that i am not using their card last one and half year,but they are collecting Rs.****/- every month forcefully for mere Rs.*****/- principle amount and this amount is not reducing as per their statements,instead it is increasing.Sir,i am a private employ and i have no job as on date ,i dont know how to pay this Rs.****/- every month and i dont know how many years i have to pay this Rs.****/- to clear their dues ,already i have paid Rs.*****/- without using their services.Sir,i am a poor man i have no other option to sell my body organs like kidney,lever etc.to clear of their dues at a time otherwise i have to pay Rs.****/- every month for life long or other wise commit suicide.Sir,tell me how to stop this banks from looting the poor people and sucking bled of the poor. Sir,as on date i have no rice to feed my family but their collection execute will come to collect the amount and their behavior is very unruly and not at following RBI guide lines and always disturb my privacy not only this i will tell you one example when my mother fell in sick i went to my native place to take care of her,next day morning collection executive came to my house and started shouting to my wife in a abused manner and called me on phone to pay the amount immediately then i paid the amount at near by hdfc branch,this amount i have taken for my mother's treatment and i am unable to give her proper treatment as of now, she is still suffering of above ** years old.Sir,this bank feel that no body can stop them they collect whatever amount they wish,it is very unfortunate no body can stop them even govt.also.Please help me and save from this bank.My complaint has been registered with RBI find the attached letter,here my request sir i want compensation for my mother's treatment which she fallen into sick due to mad behavior of hdfc bank collection agents.Sir,i have already informed them about compensation if they are not respond about compensation for my mother's health,i will inform to national human rights commission for violation of human rights by hdfc collection agents. I got all the evidences that i have paid the card amount at hanumanjunction hdfc branch (which is nearer to my native place) when hdfc collection agent came to my house in hyderabad and scold my wife in abuse language and called me on phone to pay immediately.This money i have taken to my native place for my mother's treatment and till date i could not give her treatment and her health is deteriorating day by day due to unavailable of right time right treatment.This thing happened due to hdfc collection agents mad behavior.Hence,it is my humble request to initiate action to arrange compensation.
