IMS Ghaziabad University Course Campus - Harassment of female employee not releasing complete salary cv

With great disappointment I want to bring this fact to your notice that as per letter of increment provided to me for the position of Chairperson CDC , the salary which was allude to me was ***** with effect from * Nov ****, where as since November i have been given the old salary which was *****. When discussed with HR manager in November he mentioned that it has happend by mistake and the amount will be reimbursed in with the salary of December.
Now due to dissatisfaction of the salary been provided to me as Chairperson after multiple discussions with management i decided to discontinue my service for the institution.
Now to my great surprise institution is not providing me with the salary mentioned for Chairperson for both the months ie. November and December **** stating that because you have given resignation we will not consider the increased amount for the chairperson.
I have whole heartedly fullfilled all my responsibilities as Chairperson CDC and expect the institution to provide the salary which I completely deserve for the said period. Requesting you to kindly resolve this issue and provide me with the mentioned salary.
