Mpocket Loan Application - Harassment from Mpocket

I have taken loan from Mpocket but because of the lockdown and pandemic I was not able to repay the amount but requested them that i will pay the reasonable amount but they didn't accept it and harassing me. And after some days government as banned all such kind of apps after that they didn't call me and i decided not to pay. But from last ** days they started calling me at same time i was affected with covid and they also started contacting my contact list without my permission. So again i decided to pay the money i mailed them that i will pay *****/-rs and in call they said okay and they we call you back in *hour from then till now i didn't get call from them. But they started calling my contact list with my permission. Okay i gave the to access my contact list at the time of installing the app but i didn't gave permission them to contact the list without my permission but they were doing it without permission which is completely illegal and cyber crime
So i decided to rise a complaint against Mpocket
And they were asking me to pay *****/- which triple than the amount that I have taken from them
