Mpokket - Harassment for loan repayment

I have taken loans from mpokket and paid every loan on time. But now, during this time of lockdown, when the economy is stagnant and there are no transactions made. I cannot repay my loan on time and they are charging heavy late penalties for not repaying on time. I have told him on call that please stop adding penalties as i cannot pay you because of lockdown. But they are not listening and they are adding penalties day by day. I want to file a legal complaint against them, sir it's not about me I'm thinking how Many people's got mental harassment and they spoil there reputation by sharing friends and family about loan they have taken its raise suicide issue because of harassment and spoiled reputation please take action against them sir save our brothers and sisters.
