nebhnani stone crusher - harassment by vi customer care by calling in 4 hours for nonpayment of dues of some other mobile nu

yesterday(**/**/**) i got mentally harrassed by calls from vi customer care which even caused my accident, they were calling me for payment of dues of my employee who is not directly related to me in any manner.

they called atleast *** times in * hours, i picked many times told them I was driving even then it didnt stop they were misbehaving and rude . I request you to also ask for recordings so you can understand how rude and mentally harrasing these VI customer handlers are, I really trust you people will help me I am repairing my car I will also file legal case on the company with my car repair bill.

I have also filed this complaint with their redressal forum but didnt get any proper resolution they are only appologising and want me to end the matter, they have given me complaint reference service number ************. I am attaching my call log screenshots for your reference
