Ronak Packers Movers - Harassment by goods transporter

Booked my car through Ronak Packers and Movers (ronakpackersmovers.com) on *th June for transport from Gurgaon to Chennai.
The agreement was **** paid in advance and **** on delivery.
One the possession was taken, the invoice was sent to me with a bill of Rs **k and proprietor (Satbir) asked for additional *k to be transferred. He said till time money was not transferred "you can forget about the car". Left with no option I transferred him more money. Then * days later he again asked for the last tranche of payment - he said I have the car and if you want to see it please pay the full amount. I again paid the remaining *K. But now after ** days he has stopped taking my call and is not responsive. He is abusive and also very rude and has caused mental harassment to my whole family.
